With the first day of fall officially behind us, we begin what we affectionately call the “shoulder season” in our beautiful Coachella Valley. While many of our seasonal residents have not yet made the trek back into town, the start of autumn signals many to start making their plans.
This October has brought us the first hints of cooler evenings and, with the change in weather, an abundance of events and activities for locals and visitors alike to enjoy. Hiking, pickleball, dining al fresco, and outdoor art and music shows are all beginning to pick up while at the same time we can still enjoy days warm enough to swim. Fall is truly a beautiful and versatile time to be in the Greater Palm Springs Area.
